With Valentine's Day only a few days away its the perfect time to get creative in the kitchen and whip up some yummy treats for loved ones. We thinks there's nothing more special than receiving breakfast in bed so we've shared the recipe for the delicious Sunny Side Smoothie Bowl below - it's pretty quick to make so also good for an everyday breakfast on the go!

Sunny Side Smoothie Bowl
Start your day on the bright side with a vibrant, nutrient-dense smoothie so decadent you’ll need to eat it with a spoon. You can create different flavours according to what’s in season, and garnish with choc-brekkie granola or Pana Chocolate cereal for your morning crunch.
Serves: 2
Time: 5 minutes preparation
Equipment: food processor or high-speed blender
120 ml (4 fl oz) nut milk
135 g (5 oz) frozen banana
70 g (2½ oz) frozen blueberries
3 tablespoons coconut meat
pinch of Himalayan pink salt
pinch of ground cinnamon
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour the smoothie into bowls and garnish with fresh fruit and granola or Pana Chocolate cereal
Note: Be careful not to over-blend the mixture, or the smoothie ingredients will melt too much (although, if they do melt, you can just drink it through a straw!).
