Join Emiko Davies and the team at Wild Canary for a decadent Italian dinner inspired by Emiko’s new book, Tortellini at Midnight.

Guests will enjoy an Aperol Spritz with an Aussie twist on arrival, followed by a three course dinner. Recipes from the book will be lovingly recreated by the Wild Canary team using their amazing local produce.

Emiko will be telling stories of her inspiration behind Tortellini at Midnight and sharing some insights from her Tuscan adventures.

All guests will receive a signed copy of Emiko’s new book Tortellini at Midnight.

Born in Australia to a Japanese mother and a diplomat Australian father, Emiko Davies has spent most of her life living abroad, she now lives in Florence with an Italian husband and her two children.

Emiko is the author of three cookbooks: the most recent is Tortellini at Midnight, a collection of heirloom Italian family recipes from Taranto to Turin to Tuscany.

Emiko continues to write about food and travel within Italy on her blog, as well as for popular New York–based website Food52, and for publications such as Gourmet Traveller and Conde Nast Traveller.

Tortellini at Midnight is a book rich with nostalgia, with fresh, comforting food and stunning photography. It is a book that is good for the soul.
