Join Natalie Paull of Melbourne's cultish Beatrix Bakes and our very own Nadine Ingram to launch Nat's very first cookbook. Through an informal Q&A, Nadine will have Nat talking about her baking intuition and that euphoric feeling of baking.
Your ticket includes a signed copy of Beatrix Bakes, a tasting of some of her most favourite bakes from the book and a glass of bubbles, tea or coffee.
Sweet treats served on the day will include Vanilla sour cream cheesecake with strawberries, Pistachio and lemon curd layer cake, Moroccan snickers tart and Smoky chocolate chip cookies.
